Shirley will be at your service for questions and concerns, coordinating patient-relation functions and business operations. She has worked for the practice since 1996. She holds a BS degree from the University of Utah in Office Administration and is now committed to doing everything possible to help your experience at the office be a positive and enjoyable one.

Kristina and Shirley job share as Office Manager. Kristina has been with the practice since 2009 and has several years of experience in office administration. Her goal is to ensure you receive the utmost quality in customer service while overseeing your individual needs.

Christy Joined our staff in 2018 working as our coding/billing specialist. She will work diligently with you and your insurance company to see that your procedures are properly pre-authorized for insurance benefits and to ensure your claims are properly paid. Christy will address your concerns and be an advocate between you and your insurance company to enable your maximum insurance benefits payable.

Kim’s will be the smiling face that will greet you as you enter the office. Kim is responsible for coordinating patient appointments and scheduling surgeries or procedures in the office. Her goal is to see that you have a positive and enjoyable experience as well as to anticipate and accommodate your individual scheduling needs.

It will be Kimi’s cheerful voice that greets you when calling our office. Kimi job shares with Kim in sharing receptionist duties and coordinating patient appointments. She is always readily available to help with any concerns you may have and she strives to provide you with the personalized attention you deserve.
